Expansion #5 is a significant addition to StarForce Commander. It introduces the Aurelian Empire, its cloaking systems, and homing weapons. First, you get 21 new Aurelian ships, from small frigates to the deadly Praedator class dreadnought. The cloaking system introduces hidden movement and simple game mechanics to search for cloaked ships. Best of all, using the cloaking systems doesn’t slow the game down. Lastly, Expansion 5 introduces the deadly homing plasma torpedo.
